The box
Inside are magnesium tablets, Sleep Mushroom Cacao and 3000mg CBD oil. I would still make three separate suitability decisions.
Three products in one box
This only makes sense if you already wanted each product. I have separated the three decisions below.

The appeal of a set
A different hack every night never gave me a routine. It gave me another research project at eleven o'clock.
A familiar sequence works better for me: close the work, lower the lights, prepare the room, then choose a small number of things I understand. This bundle puts three Swiss Peak products together. Convenience is useful only after each product has passed its own suitability check.
I see the box as a prepared collection. It still depends on the ordinary work around it: an end to work, less stimulation and a bedroom that feels ready.
What arrives in the bundle
Swiss Peak supplied the photographs. I have separated the products here because buying them in one box does not remove the need to check each one.

Inside are magnesium tablets, Sleep Mushroom Cacao and 3000mg CBD oil. I would still make three separate suitability decisions.

The presentation is convenient. The safety checks remain separate, particularly for the cacao ingredients and the CBD oil.

This is the simplest individual route if magnesium is what brought you here and you prefer to test one addition at a time.

The cacao is the ritual element of the collection. Its multi-ingredient formula needs a more careful suitability check than an ordinary evening drink.

CBD is optional and comes with important medication, pregnancy and vulnerable-group cautions. Being inside a bundle does not make it suitable for everyone.

Choosing sensibly
| Question | Choose magnesium if | Consider the bundle if |
|---|---|---|
| Your starting point | You want the simplest entry. | You already understand each included product. |
| Your main interest | You primarily came here researching magnesium. | You already want magnesium, cacao and CBD. |
| Your approach | You want to test one addition at a time. | You prefer a prepared collection and will still keep the routine simple. |
| Safety checks | You still need to check supplement suitability. | You have checked CBD, medication and botanical cautions carefully. |
| Value | You do not want to buy products you may not use. | The current bundle genuinely costs less than the same current one-time items separately. |
If you are unsure, I would start simpler. Read my magnesium guide.

Important CBD context
Swiss Peak's bundle page currently says the 3000mg oil can be taken up to 14 drops per day. Its 3000mg product page states roughly 100mg CBD per 1ml dropper with about 20 drops per dropper, which works out to approximately 5mg CBD per drop.
The UK Food Standards Agency currently recommends that healthy adults limit CBD from food to 10mg per day. It also advises vulnerable groups not to use CBD unless under medical direction.
I am not resolving that conflict by giving you a personal dose. Read the current label and FSA advice, and ask a pharmacist or doctor if you are uncertain. The bundle format does not override those cautions.
Who it may suit
Under-18s, people taking any medication, people trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding people, and anyone with health concerns should not casually experiment with CBD. The cacao is also not suitable for children or pregnant women according to its current product page.
Questions worth asking
The current bundle page lists Swiss Peak 3000mg CBD Oil, Magnesium Citrate Tablets and the Sleep Mushroom Cacao Blend.
Not automatically. If you primarily came here researching magnesium or want to test one addition at a time, the individual magnesium is the simpler decision.
No. It cannot guarantee sleep, treat insomnia or replace the habits and environment around your evening.
Do not assume that a bundle makes every combination suitable for you. The cacao contains several botanicals, and the CBD has important interaction cautions. Check each label and ask a pharmacist or doctor if you take medication or have health concerns.
The Food Standards Agency currently advises healthy adults to limit CBD from food to 10mg per day. It does not recommend CBD for under-18s, people taking medication, those trying to conceive, or people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless under medical direction.

One clear next step
Do not buy three products simply because they are grouped together. If you have checked the ingredients and cautions, and you already wanted the included products, you can review the current bundle directly at Swiss Peak.
